Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all Dr Denim tags and labels remain attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
